The Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has revealed a plan to open new hotels and reconstruct and re -introduce in Spain and Portugal, which strengthens its appearance in Iberia.
The group will open new properties in both countries and renew an existing hotel in Tannerif, Spain.
Radisson Red Malaga, set for opening in the second quarter of 2027, will have 102 rooms, many of which will offer views of internal courtyard or Kail Trinidad.
The property will have a restaurant and bar on the ground, a roof bar, a swimming pool, a versatile meeting and the event place over 100m and, and a dedicated fitness and a dedicated fitness and welfare sector of 110m of.
Group developer White is collaborating with Spain, which specializes in the dynamics of the city market for property.
Developed in collaboration with Canian Hospitality, Radisson Resort and Residence Teneerf is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2025 after a renovation.
Located near Los Rhodio and Reena Sophia Airport, this will be the first Radisson-branded resort on the island, including 242 units, hotel rooms and apartments, many of which are with private balconies and roofs. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, a terrace bar and a roof bar with scenes of the Doro River. A fitness center and a 190m MUST Solarium will also be part of the guest experience.
Radisson Hotel Group is partnered with Value One and Arbiro Capital for the property.
In addition to these upcoming inauguration, the Radisson Hotel Group plans to resume the Radisson Blue Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, starting in 2025.
It follows the opening of the October 2022 of Radisson Red Madrid, marking the onset of the Upskale lifestyle property in the city.
