Las Vegas – Iyo Sky will run in WrestleMania as a female champion for the second straight year, but Sunday night match will be more than one recent challenging in Philadelphia.
Sky defeated Riya Replay for the Women’s World Championship before WrestleMania 41, and it was thought that she would only defend it against Bianka Belair. However, Repley put himself in the match, making it a triple threat to the title.

Since then, Replay and Beller have dropped the sky out of that path, as they used to talk to each other. Sky, however, made it clear from him that she was not going to disrespect more than two former champions.
Dakota Kai, Sky’s long -time friend and former damage CTRL stable, told Fox News Digital that he did not understand where the disrespect came from.
“He is the champion right now, you know what I mean? But I think with Riya and Bianca, they are very much caught in issues that they have, they are not even considering him a threat, but he is the champion for a reason,” Kai said ahead of WrestleMania 41 night 2.

“I also feel that IYO, though being an underdog, flourishes. I think she is going to pull a lot of stops on Sunday, such as to show them, ‘Hey, you are looking at me in the last few weeks, I am a champion for a reason.”
WrestleMania lost to Sky Belle in a female title match at 40. Belle was excluded from loss in weeks after winning a 2024 female Royal Rumble match.
Kai suggested that Belle’s victory was an inspiring power for Sky.
“She is again coming as a champion in WrestleMania, and she definitely wants to maintain it clearly – who won’t happen? I think, for her, she definitely has something to prove to come out of the match at the top, what she is,” she said.
