Born in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Rashid is a promising top -order batsman who has represented Andhra in domestic cricket.
Before the start of his IPL, he played 19 first -class matches, scored 1204 runs on an average of 1204, with 12 lists A and 17 T20 matches. He also has a strong genealogy at the youth level, which has been part of India’s Under -19 setup.
