Also, present your dinner in the morning (or at least a part of it), so that you do not need to do much in the evening, when you return home. Also, if you can manage, you can also take your dinner to work, or have a big meal just before going home. If you still feel hungry at night, you may have a glass of warm milk, or some green tea.
