Subsequently, Sara Tod had some bamboo shooting fish and dry fish, which she paired with some rice. Sara talked about the materials used to make dishes and claimed that they are all very “fresh and hyper-local.” He said, “You have this incredible freshness in front of us, this incredible freshness in everything in front of us.
