Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelanski on Saturday doubted the announcement of Russian President Vladimir Putin that Russia would inspect a temporary ceasefire during the Easter holiday.
After the announcement, Zelansky posted on X that air red alerts were out in Ukraine, saying that the drone of the Russian attack was revealed in the sky.
He wrote, “In our sky, Shahd drone towards Easter’s true attitude towards Easter and towards human life,” he wrote.
Kremlin shared a video on Saturday in which Putin said, “Directed by human views, today from 18:00 to 00:00, from Sunday to Monday, the Russian side declares an Easter Trus.”

He later said that Russia had “ignored” the United States proposal for the 30-day Trus after Ukraine. ,
“If Russia is now suddenly ready to engage in the format of complete and unconditional silence, Ukraine will act accordingly – reflecting Russia’s functions,” Zelansky said. “Silence in response to silence, defensive attack in response to attacks.”
He said that if an Easter ceasefire actually catches, he proposes to increase it.

He said, “This is what will reveal the real intentions of Russia, because 30 hours is enough to make headlines, but not for real confidence-making measures,” he said. “Thirty days can give peace a chance.”
The former head of the CIA station says that he does not see Putin stopping the ‘attack’ against Ukraine.

Late on Saturday night, Zelancesi wrote that “Easter’s statement by Putin” did not extend to the Kursk and Belgorod regions of Ukraine, where he said “enmity continues, and Russian strikes. Russian artillery can still be heard in some directions in front, even though Russian Drones are Russian drones.”
He admitted, “In some areas, the situation is quiet.”
Zelancesi said that “the proposal for a full and unconditional 30-day silence is on the table-its answer should come from Moscow. Ukraine, together with our colleagues, is ready to move towards as much as possible peace, but require equal readiness from Russia.”
In February 2022, after Russia invaded the sovereign country, the cost of lives of thousands of people on both sides has increased for more than three years.

On Thursday, President Donald Trump comes after a temporary ceasefire announcement, stating that an 80-pain mineral deal with Ukraine would be signed in a week. Treasury Secretary Scott Besant later said that it would be signed on 26 April.
Details on the agreement are still relatively unknown, although Bloomberg’s recent reporting suggested that the US has reduced its demands from $ 300 billion to $ 100 billion to its assistance in Ukraine’s Battle against Russia.
On Friday, Trump said that the US denies to “take one pass” on peace efforts for Ukraine if Russian President Vladimir Putin refuses to agree to the terms of the ceasefire.
