First on Fox: Fox News Digital has learned that the US can withdraw money for war against Islamic terror in Somalia, to Europe, the African Union (AU) and the United Nations (United Nations) pay more of their “fair” stake, which exit the cost of conflict and maintain peace in the country.
These schemes to “prohibited” the use of American funds are the major details, which are previously shown to Fox News Digital, a new bill offered by three major Republican Senators.
To tighten fiscal controls in the US and abroad, according to the widespread steps of President Donald Trump’s administration. Jim Six, R-Idaho., Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Sen Sen. Ted Cruise, R-Texus, and Sen Rick Scott, R-FLA.
Risch told Fox News Digital, “This is to protect American taxpayers funds and to make the United Nations and AU accountable in African peace operations.”

This bill wants to give the US a mandate to oppose any action of the United Nations Security Council that enables such funding.
The East African country of Somalia has been provoked by both ISIS and Al Qaeda associated with Islamist terrorists attacks and rebellion. In the last five weeks, the US Africa command reported that it carried out four air strikes; ISIS against terrorists and three against al-Shabab. At least one of these strikes, the command said, was against many goals.
“The Trump administration has taken decisive action for anti -terrorism groups across Africa, and I am very helpful,” Chairman Risch told Fox News Digital.
However, according to the European Union officials, Risch, the Australian peace and stabilization plan are planned to be planned towards the US; In other words, America should pay more than this, he said.
He said, “In the United Nations, our European partner wants to skirt his financial commitments in Somalia by switching to a new unbalanced funding mechanism in Somalia, which burns the Americans,” he said.

“We can’t give that stand,” Risch continued. “This bill will prevent American contribution to Australians under this new funding scheme, unless AU and the United Nations can prove that they are using money that they have responsibly, and prevent Americans from being permanently financed in funding.”
“President Trump has launched a new era of US foreign policy, where the US taxpayer dollar will be used only to secure a safe and prosperous America. For a very long time, our colleagues have taken America for a ride, and earned a profit from the US, paying a lion share for global security. Europe should continue this burden.”
The other two senators who sponsor the bill, cruise and scott also serve in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Scott told Fox News Digital, “The United States will not allow our tax dollar to be exploited by the United Nations, while our partners refuse to pay their proper part, there is very little for a mission that fails to spend these dollars responsibly or transparently. I am proud to join my colleagues to ensure the interests of Americans.”
