The DOJ also alleged conspiracy to acquire and use weapons of mass destruction during the coup.
He allegedly planned to use bombs that can be deployed through drones to their goals including people, private homes and public buildings.

Earlier this month, the DRC president sentenced Marsel Malanga, Thompson and Polun to death, converting them into life imprisonment.

Malanga, Thompson and Polun are expected that Moser is expected to make his initial appearance at the Federal Courthouse at Salt Lake City, Utah on 10 April.

The case is being investigated by the FBI Salt Lake City Field Office, with the FBI New York Field Office and Nairobi, Kenya with aid by the FBI’s legal briefcase office, which oversees the Democratic Republic of Congo.
