Navigating the fashion scenario for wedding wear can make it feel like a certain minefield.
From silhouettes and shades to comfort and camera-readness, careful consideration is required for the right dress.
The pressure continues to dedicate the specific sections of their websites to the guest dress with high-world retailers.
While traditional floral prints and flowing midi fabrics remain a reliable option, this season invites a touch of sartorial adventure.
A fashion stylist shared five major trends to elevate the guest look of her wedding.

polka dots
Polka dots have recently experienced a revival – perhaps thanks to the fashion renaissance of the eighties and the prestigious wardrobe of Diana, Princess of Wales.
But for Spring/Summer 2025, polka dots are taking a new approach to the 1980s collapse.
Often combined with Navy and white with the choice of Wales princess, brown and cream dress in Julia Roberts in Preity Woman can also be used as your perfect reference picture.

Fashion stylist Orion Rob says, “Polka dots are a cotto moment,” they are still polished and add a whim of retro attraction to the modern silhouette.
“For a wedding guest look, select the option of sophisticated clothing like silk or chiffon, and go for a large, space-out dots in muted tones to elevate the feel.”

Waist
Basque Qamar has bounced popularity for bride’s clothes, but for wedding guests, the drop waist is one of the leading silhouette trends for 2025.
However, this is not the easiest style to pull – especially if you are tired of a wedding buffet.
“Clothing is everything,” Rob says. “Look for styles in structured crepes or draped silks that skim instead of cling.
“If you are still uncertain, balance the silhouette to finish a tail with statement heels and sculpture accessories.”

These fabrics increase a trend that can otherwise be very casual. Boho is a major aspect of chic jewelery. Rabe asked it to lay down with different bangles, long and short necklaces and earrings. She says, “Add a fabricated clutch and soft waves to fulfill the spontaneous form.

Tulle skirts, in particular, have seen a 109% increase in sales year-on-year as per the recent clearing data, suggesting that Tutus is no longer reserved for the dressing-up box.
But how do you wear tulle and tutu trends without looking like Chinese plum fairy?
