After a long introduction in Killing, You will have access to both Naoe and Yasuke and swap between the two as you please for the rest of the game. Your XP is shared between two characters, but each has its skills to equip the master and gear. Without detecting Nao, enemies are more favorable to secret and murder, while Yasuke takes a more direct approach and is designed for an open match. This means that each must use the suitable gear to support that playstyle. Weapons, armor, and trinkets are dumped to do almost everything on you, which sort through all and find the best gear a bit annoying. For Yasuke, these are pieces of armor and arms that you should focus on receiving.
Best yasuke gear
Like Nao, Yasuke can hold two weapons, wear armor and headgier, as well as equipped with a trinket.
Weapon
Yasuke’s long cutting is his old reliable primary weapon, with the best poison column. This weapon allows you to immediately charge the posture attack without holding the button by swaping the button between light and heavy attacks. You should do this naturally for better combo, bit it makes its basic attacks even more deadly. If you add engraving that prevents your attacks from being interrupted, you become invincible.
We prefer to give Yasuke a range weapon as a secondary, so we went with Dragon’s wrath bow. Thanks to your arrow shots immediately charging, you do not need to slow down in a fight.
shield
If you are as aggressive with Yasuke as we like, the defense master clothes should be one to keep yourself alive. This armor is at risk of restoring 10% of your HP when you hit after a parry. Yasuke already has a lot of HP restored skills, so stacking it at the top is just a step that is close to getting unbreakable. Just make sure that you mastered the art of parrying.
Cap
Sadly, even with all your skills and armor, sometimes you will be overwhelmed and taken down. Legend’s Samurai Demyo Helmet is your gate-off-jail-free card in that scenario as it gives you the Samurai stand capacity on death. This essentially gives you a free revival per battle.
Trinket
Yasuke’s trinkets are not particularly powerful, so we just went with our most powerful person, who buffer our data for long cutting or increased our adrenaline benefits so that we could use our skills more often.
