During the previous testimony, one of the friends of Elisen, Chris Bital described the events of the events to a fatal change and the events of the school being in the school during the fight.
According to Bittle’s previous account, there was a warm argument between Elisen and Ramirez in one night after the party. Text messages revealed that Elisen sent a lesson after the party, asking “Brother, bring me a gun.”
Bital also recalled what happened on the day of stabbing, explaining that there was a plan for Elisen and Ramirez to fight, he did not plan to fight in school and was surprised to hit the school toilet in the school toilet, KTWX said. Bital also claimed that he once punched Alison by Ramirez, but was killed by one of the other teenagers of the group, showing the fight phone video of the fight.
Alison’s rescue argued that he acted in self -defense in the “fight for his life” after he was attacked by Ramirez in the school bathroom.
After fleeing from the scene, the officials went to Elisen’s house after the fight, where the officials spoke to someone on the phone, “I did something in school,” and asked him to come and take him to Wako.
The detectives also covered the pictures of Elisan’s white shoes, as they told the investigators what kind of knife he used to kill Ramirez and where he dumped the weapon.
Madison Barns, a former girlfriend of Ramirez and a close friend of Elisen, testified that Elison threatened against Ramirez before stabbing, according to KWTX. He also told the jury that Elison had warned him that he wanted to “wanted his head on life support, wanted his jaw to swing from his face, and wanted him in the hospital.”
A senior school’s Ramirez Junior was described on a Gofundme page, raising money for his family as “very kind, loving and soft young man”.
Elisan’s defense counsel, Zachari Boyed, told Kwtx that he was happy with the jury’s decision in a very challenging case.
“The Elisen family is very sorry for their loss, because there is no good result for it. There is no pleasant end to everyone to go here,” Boyd said.
“The world is not black and white. The world is of gray colors and eventually, we were left with the question of what you do when the issue is one of the bullying or one of a child who is so scared that he brings a knife to school to defend himself?”

Nearly three years later, another Texas Kishore was violently killed while attending the High School Track Meet.
In Fisco, Texas Track Star Austin Metkaf, a 17 -year -old accused Karmo Anthony, was released from jail after demolishing $ $ 1 million to $ $ 250,000.
Like Elisen, the terms of Anthony’s bond involve the monitoring of the house arrest and ankle, and he will only be able to leave his house with the permission of the judge.
If convicted, Anthony cannot face death sentence because he is a teenager, thanks to 2005 Supreme Court Governing in a case called Ropper vs. Simmons.
Fox News reached Elisen’s lawyer for digital comment, but did not immediately respond.
