A disturbed history of suspected unfair behavior has come to light after a person from Northern Texas was accused of catching a woman in an American Airlines flight last week – her third alleged crime in the last three years.
55 -year -old Cherian Abraham is accused of improperly touching a woman during a flight from Chicago to Seattle on March 18, 2025, according to court documents received by Fox News Digital.
On Monday, Abraham was arrested after a federal investigation into the allegations that he touched a woman’s breast without consent while traveling from Chicago to Seattle on a flight 2076.

A person from northern Texas has been banned from flying on American Airlines following a series of alleged groping incidents.
A spokesman for American Airlines told Fox News Digital that Abraham is no longer allowed to fly with him.
“We work closely with law enforcement to investigate any allegations of misconduct on our aircraft on our aircraft,” said the airline spokesman.
The statement said, “Security of our customers and team members is our top priority. We take the matter very seriously and are working closely with law enforcement on its investigation.”

Law enforcement officials interviewed Abraham after the flight. He said that he intentionally refused to touch the woman, claiming that it was an accident. Abraham also claimed to have no history of similar allegations against him.
The court records revealed that it was not accused of inappropriate behavior while flying Abraham for the first time.

Abraham was first accused of capturing two other women in separate incidents in 2023 and 2024, showing records.
In April 2024, a woman reported that Abraham touched several times before placing her hand between her feet, when she shouted at her to stay again and again.

The first charge was made in October 2023 when another woman said that Abraham had asked her to stop. The woman told Abraham’s unwanted works to a flight attendant, but did not make allegations.
Allegations have not yet been made against Abraham, but according to an FBI complaint received by Dallas Morning News, officials found “potential cause” that Abraham committed a crime of derogatory sexual contact.
Abraham has been released on attendance bonds for several situations since then, the outlet reported, including some travel restrictions and surrender of any current or expired passport.
