A technician has been accused of raping a patient several times at a psychiatric hospital in Florida, while she was filled with medicines.
The depot of the Browd Sheriff’s office at Okland Park arrested Jeff Dorska on Monday in half a dozen sexual battery charges on 37.
The alleged attacks took place on Thursday after an unknown 32 -year -old woman accepted herself at the Fort Lauderdel Behviral Health Center for schizophrenia and depression treatment.
Shortly before 4:25 pm on Sunday, the woman was given regular medicines, due to which she was dried and lost consciousness. She later woke up and saw a nurse putting a wet towel on her forehead.
After the nurse left, Doraska entered the room and asked the victim if he had a bath. The woman said that she was not. According to an arrest affidavit received by local 10 news, Doraska allegedly instructed the woman to take a shower and saw her as she did so.
Police said that the person allegedly touched the victim who was still drought and did not understand what is happening, a deputy has written in the affidavit.
A staff member gave the woman additional medicine after 9:30 pm, causing her to drown more. Doraska reportedly returned to the room and sexually assaulted her. Police said he used to do this five times, while the patient was “very much seduced and weak”.
The woman’s roommate allegedly saw at least one rape. The surveillance footage also caught the person going to the victim’s room several times. He allegedly looked at the hallway below whether anyone saw him before he was examined.
Roommate “saw the male technique having sex with the victim,” said in the affidavit. However, since the roommate did not oppose the woman, she assumed that the encounter was consent.
During a police interview, Doraca admitted to having sexual intercourse with the woman, but said that the patient “came on him” and “threatened him if he (with him) that she would report to her and she would report to her and she Will lose the job, “The affidavit continues.
The document further stated: “Dorska admitted that he was instructed when he was hired that he was not allowed to have sex with any patients (and) (and) that a mental patient It was wrong to have sex with the effect of his medicine being down. ”
Doraska told a deputy “He was not thinking directly when he had sex with the helpless victim.”
Tech has been arrested on six first-degree sexual battery charges and is being held in the main jail of the county. If he posts a bond, he is instructed not to contact the victim or work as a career.
Doraska has been living in the US for two years on temporary protected situation.
