    Hydration Hero: Chia seeds can absorb your weight up to 10–12 times in water, which can create stability like gel. Hydration plump from inside helps maintain soft skin, while topical gel can calm dryness.

    Start with a chia seed “detox water”

    Why it works: When soaked, chia seeds form a hydrating gel that gradually releases nutrients and water in your system, which supports you to eradicate toxin through hydrated and better digestion.
    how to make it:
    Soak 1 tbsp in a cup of filtered water for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).

    1 frozen banana

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    Material:
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    3 tablespoons Aloe Vera Gel (Pure)
    1 teaspoon honey (for alternative, antibacterial properties)
    Method:

    2 tablespoons fine sugar or rice powder
    2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil

    Method:
    Mix ingredients in a thick paste.
    Massage gently on moist skin in circular motion for 1-2 minutes.
    Rinse well and follow with a moisturizer.
    Frequency: To reveal smooth, bright skin once a week.

    Chia-Infeed Toner

    Why it works: A light toner helps to distribute the skin pH, hydrate and antioxidant.
    Material:
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    ½ cup rose water
    4 cup distilled water
    Method:
    Soak chia seeds in distilled water for 30 minutes.

    Take out the seeds (if you burn something) and mix chia-infected water with rose water.
    Put a spray in a spray bottle before your serum and moisturizer and fog on the clean skin.
