    After inheriting the 47% stake of Shiv Nadar in HCL Corp and Vama Sundari investments, Rosi Nadar Malhotra is now India’s third richest richest person who has increased his control over HCL Tech.

    Who is Ronnie Nadar?

    After the execution of a major succession scheme within the HCL group, Rosi Nadar Malhotra has become the third highest person in India. He received 47 percent of his father Shiv Nadar’s stake in HCL Corporation and Vama Sundari Investments (Vama Delhi). The transition has strengthened its control over a $ 12 billion global technology company HCL.

    Prior to the transfer of stake, HCL founder Shiv Nadar has 51 percent of both HCL Corporation and Vama Delhi. The share transfer was part of a private family system. It ensured that the promoter family continued to lead and lead HCL. An exchange filing confirmed that “gift tasks have been executed” to streamline succession and provide stability to the leadership of the company.

    HCL founder Shiv Nadar is a Padma Bhushan Award. He is known for his role in shaping India’s IT industry. His wife, Kiran Nadar, is a famous art collector and philanthropist. He founded Kiran Nadar Museum of Art and is also a contract bridge player. He won a bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games.

    Steering HCL Tech from July 2020

    Roshni Nadar, the only child of Shiva Nadar, became the chairperson of HCL Technologies in July 2020. She also leads the philanthropic work of Shiva Nadar Foundation, which focuses on education and social development.

    Roll Nadar’s role in HCL

    HCL was established in 1976 and played an important role in India’s IT industry. Under the leadership of lights, the company aims to expand globally. Stake transfer makes him the majority shareholders of HCL Corp and Vama Delhi. These are the main promoter institutions of HCL Technologies and HCL Infosystems. It now holds the 49.94% stake in HCL Infosystems and Vama Delhi in the 12.94% stake in HCL Corp.

    This step strengthens the effect of Roshni Nadar in the company. This ensures that HCL remains under the control of the Nadar family. With this change, the light is ready to guide HCL’s future development and global expansion.
