One of several sexual assault cases against Sean Didi Combes has been rejected.
A New York judge dismissed the case, which is due to the unity of the accused, referred to in a suit as John Do.

The suit was originally filed in October last year, claiming that the Comombs tried to sexually harass a woman at a party in New York City in 1995 and hit her when she refused her progress.
Comombs is currently behind pre-test on federal allegations of providing transportation for sex trafficking, racketering and prostitution. The test is scheduled to be held on 5 May.
