Finland’s leftist Prime Minister Sana Marin on Sunday accepted the defeat in the Nordic country’s parliamentary election as the opposition right -wing National Alliance Party (NCP) claimed a victory in the competition fought tightly.
The pro -business NCP was expected to win 48 out of 48 out of 200 seats in Parliament, beyond the Nationalist Fins Party with 46 seats and 43 seats were shown with all ballots from the election figures of the Ministry of Justice, next to Marin’s Social Democrats.
“We got the greatest mandate,” NCP leader Petareri Orpo said in a speech to the followers, “recovering Finland” and reflecting its economy.
They will get the first chance to form an alliance to get a majority in Parliament as the Prime Minister was expected to end as the era of Marin.
The Prime Minister said in a speech to the party members, “We have received support, we have received more seats (in Parliament). This is an excellent achievement, even though we have not ended today.”
Marin, 37, the world’s youngest Prime Minister, when he took over in 2019, is considered by fans around the world as a millennium role model for progressive new leaders, but at home he has faced criticism for his party and his government’s public expenses.
While she is very popular among many fines, especially young moderates, she opposed some conservatives with grand expenses on pension and education, which they do not see adequately frugged.
The NCP has led the elections for almost two years, although its leadership melted in recent months. It has promised to curb spending and stop the rise of public debt, which has reached more than 70% of GDP since taking over as Marin in 2019.
ORPO accused Marin of eradicating Finland’s economic flexibility, when Europe’s energy crisis, inspired by Russia’s war in Ukraine, has given a tough competition to the country and increased the cost of living.
The ORPO has said that he will interact with all groups to get a majority in Parliament, while Marin has said that his social democrats can rule with NCP, but Fins will not go to the government with the party.
During a debate in January, Marin called the Fins Party “openly racist” – the nationalist group rejected an allegation.
The main goal of the Fins party is that “harmful” immigration from developing countries outside the European Union has been called “harmful” immigration. This penance also asks policies to curb the expenses of deficit, this is a stance that shares with the NCP.

Who is Sana Marin? (2019)
Most notable in Marin’s foreign policy activities, to create a watershed policy U-turn by receiving membership of NATO in view of Russia’s invasion of Russia, for the country, for the country, for the country.
This process is now almost complete, with 30 members of all the Western Raksha alliance with Helsinki expected to join within a few days after approval.
