Sahibzada Farhan of Islamabad United on Monday scored in a stunning century at the Pindi Cricket Stadium against Peshawar Zalmi during 10 matches during the Pakistan Super League (PSL), with an important milestone in his career.
Farhan’s remarkable century placed him among a special group of T20 batsmen for four centuries in a calendar year.
He is accompanied by T20 legends Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli, Jose Butler and Shubman Gill in this elite list.
Farhan is the only Pakistani batsman to achieve this achievement in only nine innings.

In the match, Islamabad resolved over the united Peshawar Zalmi, a total posting of 243/5.
United told to bat first, an early shock was faced when Androus Gous was dismissed for duck, run out by Tom Kohaler-Cadmore, the score was left at 9/1 in just 1.2 overs.
However, Farhan and Colin Munro quickly replaced the tide with an aggressive counter. The pair put a 100 -run partnership together, making the score 128/1 after just 11 overs.
In a sensational performance, Farhan reached his first PSL century in only 49 balls, equalizing the record for the fastest century by Islamabad United Batter in the history of the league.
The 144 -run partnership between Farhan and Munroe finally broke by Aljari Joseph, who dismissed Munro for 40, which left United at 153/2 in 13.1 overs.
In the final stages, Jason Holder and Ben Boveshuis remained unbeaten, adding 20 and 18, respectively, as United finished with a huge clan of 243/5, made a challenging goal to chase Peshawar Zalmi.
Farhan’s explosive performance not only won a memorable victory for Islamabad United, but also named its name in T20 history.
