A healthy breakfast ensures a new beginning for your day. Consuming a well -balanced morning meal improves overall physical and mental performance throughout the day. Don’t know about you, but Rahul Khanna agrees. The actor kicted his weekend on a nutritious note and offered a glimpse of his breakfast on his Instagram stories. The spread included a plate of rocket salad, which was served with eggs made in ghee. In the second slide, Rahul Khanna added details of all the materials used to prepare breakfast. For Raspberry and Dahi Bowl, the actor resorted to stevia instead of sugar. Stevia is a Chinese option made of leaves of the Stevia Rebudiana plant. Filled with antioxidants, stevia is known to promote blood sugar level management and weight management.

Rahul Khanna cooked rocket salad with additional virgin olive oil (EVOO), which is a healthy option for refined vegetable oils. Rich in monounsaturated fat and antioxidants, EVO reduces inflammation, reduces the risk of heart disease and supports overall health. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) also went into salad. The ACV is associated with better weight management, better cholesterol levels and increased digestion. The salad material was a mixture of vegetarian and non-vegetarian components. They were: chopped cucumbers, avocados, carrots, apples, dried ankoviz and sardine. Finally, it was at the top with sesame oil and toasted sesame. Sesame seeds are an important source of minerals that improve bone health, immune and energy.
The fried eggs packed with cottage cheese, chicken burgers were put on top. Rahul Khanna’s day drink, aka coffee, was rich, “deep, dark”. The drink was also heavy cream, collagen and stevia. Adding collagen peptides to coffee can increase skin elasticity and hydration. Additionally, collagen complementary AIDS in bone density and joint health.
