Washington – Former proud boys leader Enrich Tario, according to the Capital Police, was arrested for a simple attack on Friday after attacking a guard’s phone and hand and was later released.
Tario was released on Friday evening. He told the USA Today that he was accused of a rape, a rape, but he was told that the police would be removed.
Police said the incident took place around 2:30 pm when Tario finished a press conference with other defendants near Capital, police said. Authorities saw a woman holding a phone close to Tario’s face as they were out of the capital ground when she swipe on her.

The police said in a statement, “The woman told our officials that she wanted to become a complainant, and the man was arrested for a simple attack.”
Tario was convicted of a seditious conspiracy and was sentenced to 22 years in jail for his role in the capital attack on 6 January 2021. President Donald Trump sentenced his sentence shortly after assuming office, and Tario was released from the federal jail.

In response to the incident, Rhal, former head of Philadelphia Chapter of The Proud Boys, told USA Today, “We are still trying to gather facts and details what happened.”
According to NBC News, Tario was handcuffed, discovered and kept in a police van after the incident.
During the press conference, some protesters shouted insults in Tario and other January 6 rioters.
Police said Tario organized the news conference “without incident”. The Tario and other members of the Proud Boys were included by the Militian leader Stewart Rhodes to declare that they plan to sue the Department of Justice on 6 January.
