Medical Director of Jameli Hospital, Dr. Sergio Alfiary announced on Saturday that Pope Francis would be discharged on Sunday.
The Vatican also announced that Pontiff would publicly publicly appear to be publicly visible in the hospital with its 10th floor suite in the hospital. He will then return to the Vatican.
At a press conference, Alpiery said that the holy father experienced “two very important episodes” during his hospitalization, when his life was in danger, but since then “pharmacological therapy, high flow has shown” slow but progressive “reform due to the administration of oxygen and assisted mechanical ventilation. While Francis released an audio message on 6 March and the Vatican distributed a picture of March 16, Sunday’s blessing would be the first live appearance as Francis was admitted on 14 February. Argentina Pope, which has chronic lung disease, suffers from respiratory problems in winter and was part of a lung as a young man.
When the pope was admitted, the doctors first diagnosed a complex bacterium, viral and fungal respiratory tract infection and immediately after, both lung pneumonia.
According to officials, blood tests showed symptoms of anemia, low blood platelets and kidney failure, all of which were later resolved after two blood transfusions.

The most severe failures began on 28 February, when Francis experienced an acute cough fit and breathing vomiting, requiring them to use a non -yacht mechanical ventilation mask to help them breathe. He faced two more respiratory crisis in the next days, for which doctors needed to manually aspire for mucus, at the point at which he started sleeping with ventilation masks at night to help clean the accumulation of fluids to his lungs.

In the last two weeks, the Vatican Press Office reported that the pope has stabilized, no longer needs to wear ventilation masks at night, and is cutting back its dependence on high flow of oxygen supplements during the day.
Alpheri said that the Pope no longer has double pneumonia, but still there are some infections and they should continue to be cured.
