Pakistan and Bangladesh have decided to replace their original three-match ODI series with a five-match T20 International series in May, aimed at preparation for the Asia Cup and the 2026 T20 World Cup.

The source confirmed, “Originally, Pakistan’s tour of Bangladesh included three T20s and three Odis. But now it has been decided that the visitors will play a five -match T20 series instead.”
The source further mentions that Bangladesh is likely to play in Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad, while Pakistan is set to visit Bangladesh for three matches in June or July.
This decision follows the recent visit to Lahore Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Champions Trophy Chairman Farooq Ahmed, where both boards discussed strengthening bilateral cricketing relations through growth in cricket exchanges.
