Police said the deputy of an Ohio Sheriff, who worked on the traffic details near the Cincinnati University, was killed by a vehicle operated by a teenager’s father on Friday, who was shot dead by officials a day earlier.
The unknown Hamilton County Sheriff was badly killed near the deputy university around 1 pm, hosting a graduate ceremony.
Cincinnati police chief Teresa Thetge told reporters at a news conference that the deputy was directing traffic at an intersection. The deputy was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.

He was not identified on Friday. Hamilton County Sheriff Charmine McGafi described him as “amazing and dedicated”.
“I knew the man, and I knew how tremendous, tremendous person he is and we all suffered a tremendous loss,” he said.
