Nutritionist Richa Gangani recently shared her personal experience about the drink while a powerful homemade sleeping on Instagram, which helped her lose 7 kg in just 21 days. This natural remedy made from just five simple ingredients, swelling, weight loss and irregular periods are said to target- three common concerns, especially for women. Richa mentioned that she drank the mixture every night before the bed and saw significant results within three weeks. Not only his inflammation disappeared, but its overall digestion and hormonal balance also improved.     What’s in weight loss drink?

    The drink uses five easily available kitchen materials:

    • Illika
    • Fennel seeds
    • Hing (desperate)
    • Cucumber
    • Ginger juice, lemon slices, and soaked chia seeds in water

    preparation method:
    Illayamadam, fennel seeds, and hing for about 10 minutes on low heat. Grind this mixture in a thick powder. In a bottle, add chopped cucumber, lemon slices, ginger juice and east-lax chia seeds to this powder. Fill the bottle with water, shake well, and the drink is ready at bedtime.
