A day earlier, the South Korean court ruled against the C-Pop group Newsians-now in his dialect to end its contract with a-e-abidary rebranded as Enzzed. The group had announced the departure from the label earlier last year citing misconduct. In response, the Ador took legal action to implement its contracts and, after accusing the members of an attempt to interact on independent deals without the authority, filed a prohibitory orders against them in January.
The court ruled that members – Menji, Hanny, Daniel, Herin, and Hueen – who managed and started their own appearances, were banned from being engaged in any independent activities, including composing music or signing an advertising deal.
As fans were still coming with this decision, a new controversy on social media, especially on X (East Twitter). Reports were revealed that some of the members of some Newly met with a “fan” – with an elder who was allegedly responsible for hating against BTS, Le Sarafim, and Ilit – three under the three hibs.
NewJeans members meet ‘fans’
Known as “Talitoki” on X, this fan was seen in a photo with members of New Zains Hanny and Daniel, which appears to be outside the hib building. The exact date picture was taken, it is not clear. According to various users on the X, private messages allegedly exchanged between him and the members of the newly released are roaming online.

Additionally, evidence suggests that his video on Instagram was reposted by the then Edor CEO Min-Jin. Not only this, but Daniel’s sister, Olivia Marsh – was recently entangled in a literary theft scam – here too was one of the “Instagram post” of Taletoki.
Hate against BTS, Le Sarafim, and Ilit
Fans of the three groups – who are caught in the ongoing news vs. Ador controversy – have accused the fans of the New Zains of orchestrating hate trains, targeting specific groups or members in an attempt to uplift the members of the five New Zains.
Many users pointed to “Talitoki” as an important person in these hate campaigns. He allegedly spread negative news about the BTS Suga incident, when he fell from his electric scooter, encouraged other fandoms to curse Serafim for his singing, and claimed that there was a copy of the Ilit Nuds – a copy of the Ilit Ny with two groups with two groups, hugging the Y2K supporters with separate beauty, and a proper subject. Lenning.
A user named “flop kpop” compiled and shared various pieces of “evidence” on his account, inspired more fans from other groups to add their own conclusions into the dispute.

About New Agains Vs. Ador
Since August 2024, Newlygins and Ador have been closed in a warm controversy, when Hyb, the original company of Ador, allegedly forced the group’s patron and CEO, Min Hi.
Recently, the court verdict has discontinued uncertainty on the release of the upcoming song of the news set for Sunday. In response, the group has said that they will challenge Friday’s decision.
The Seoul Court ruled that the New Zains “did not sufficiently prove that Eder violated an important duty under his contract,” emphasizing that the label had “fulfilled most of his obligations, including payment.”
The court’s statement said, “If (New Zains) unilaterally eliminates the contract, the Ador will suffer significant damage. Also, if (Newjeans) starts activities under a new name, it can harm not only the reputation of not only the Brand but also Ador’s reputation,” the court says.
