The Trump administration issued documents on Wednesday in which new details were revealed In the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man from a Maryland had deported Al Salvador a month ago, called a government lawyer called “administrative error”.

The documents were released after weeks pressure on the government to prove that Abrego Garcia was a member of the MS -13 gang. The Trump administration sent him to a notorious Megaprisan in the Central American country as part of the exile program promised by alleged criminals.

The Department of Justice shared the record, was not already made public, explaining how police officials in Maryland evaluated that Abrego Garcia was a member of the MS -13 gang during the arrest at 2019. At that time he had no criminal history, which were also in the state, And his lawyers have denied that he is a member of a gang.

In a document called “Gang Field Interview Sheet”, Prince George County Police Department expanded how it contacted in a home depot parking in Hyattsville with three other people along with Abrego Garcia. Abrego Garcia, while filing in a court, said that he was looking for day labor work there.

Police said they were “wearing a chicago bulls hat and a hoodi, which cover the eyes, ears and mouths with bills”.

Officials said such a symbol – “Ver, Oir, Y Collar” or “see no evil, listen to any evil and say no evil” – “Hispanic gang was a sign of gang culture.” Officials said that he consulted with a reliable confidential source, who advised “(Abrego Garcia) that he was ranked ‘Chekeo’ with ‘Chel’ monicor in the gang.

Abrego Garcia was handed over to the immigration officials, and they injured their way through a legal process. Later in 2019, an immigration judge stopped him from being sent to Al Salvador. The order said he proved that he was “well established well of future harassment” from local gangs, and was prevented to remove the country, allowing him to live temporarily living and get work permits in the United States.

Years later, in 2025, immigration agents stopped Abrego Garcia in an Ikea parking. On 15 March, he was deported during the days of Al Salvador.

The Supreme Court ruled last week that the government should make its release “convenient” from jail. Salvadoran president Naib Bukele said in a meeting at the White House this week that he would not release Abrego Garcia.

In response to the social media post by DHS on Wednesday, his lawyers mentioned: “This statement underlines the government’s responsibility to take decisions, access to the lawyer and the United States Supreme Court unanimously.”

Homeland security secretary Christie Nom said in a statement on Wednesday, “We listen to a lot of stories of gang members and criminal illegal stories in mainstream media and are not enough about their victims.”

During the 2019 arrest, the police determined that two other people who were with Abrego Garcia in home depot parking were members of the gang, Citing the criminal history of a man and Another person’s tattoos, as well as an unknown person who was “past proven and reliable source of information.”

The documents stated that four people said they were Al Salvador citizens and “illegally present in the United States” and they did not have immigration documents on them.

Another document issued from the Homeland Security Department in 2019 on Wednesday said that the police identified two people, one of which was Abrego Garcia, as was first detained in an investigation into a murder. Abrego Garcia denied being involved in the murder of the murder, stated in documents, and he was never accused.

A page of the document involves a contradiction – at one point says that Abrego Garcia did not claim fear of returning to his country, but later states that he claimed fear of returning to Al Salvador.

The document stated that Abrego Garcia claimed that he had presented enough evidence to deny the gang’s charge, including character reference and lack of their criminal records, including minus traffic crimes.

In another document from the Executive Office of the Department of Justice of Immigration Review, a court agreed to deny the Abrego Garcia Bond after his arrest outside the home depot in 2019 and wrote that he is a member of a gang, which is “other evidence in records” in “Rajkumar George County Police documents”.

The document stated, “The reason for the arrest of the defendant on his Form 1-213 is visible on obstacles with the gang field interview sheet, stating that the defendant was contacted as he and other home depots were lying outside the home depot,” it was added, but it was still found to support his gang membership allegations.

Abrego Garcia replied that “there is no reliable evidence in the records to support” that he is a member of MS -13 and the allegation “is based on the heese heese by a confidential source.”

Apart from the new documents, the Homeland Security Department on Wednesday posted on social media that Abrego Garcia’s wife sought a temporary protective order against him in 2021. The case was eventually rejected. Abrego Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vaskes Sura, has been a strong, vocal supporter of her husband and has fought for her return.

Vaskese Sura said in a statement on Wednesday, “After avoiding domestic violence in the previous relationship, I worked carefully after disagreeing with Kilmer.” Things did not move forward, and I decided not to follow with the civil court process.

He said, “No one is perfect, and no marriage is correct. It is not justified for kidnapping the action of snow and deporting a country where he should have been saved from exile,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Trump Administration, the lawyers of the Abrego Garcia and the Judge of the Appeal Court continued the Supreme Court’s directive that the government provides their release facility.

The Trump administration on Wednesday afternoon filed an appeal to the order of US District Judge Paula Shinis for the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals last Thursday, in which he directed the Trump administration to take all available steps to facilitate the return of Ebrego Garcia. ”

Shinis questioned the evidence that used an immigration judge to determine that Abrego Garcia is a member of a gang. He said in a decision that he did not have any criminal record in the United States or Al Salvador and “evidence” against Ebrego Garcia included only his Chicago Bulls Hat and Hoodi, and claiming a vague, unequal accusation from a confidential informer, claiming that he had no place related to the ‘Western’ clicks of MS -13 in New York. ,

Shinis said on Tuesday that she was considering contempt proceedings against the Trump administration.

It ordered the government to supply evidence of efforts to “convenient” the release of Abrego Garcia, and on Tuesday he criticized the government’s lack of response.

“I haven’t found anything,” Shinis said. “I have not received any real response and there is no real legal justification for not responding.”

In updates updated by a court, DHS General Advocate Joseph Mazara wrote, “Given the former government’s clear and uneven notice in court, how the government will provide the return of Abrego Garcia within the current law and regulation counters, there are no updates further.”
