Plattsburgh – New York village. Kathy Hochar signed an executive order to activate members of the New York National Guard, “Help the security and safety of the newlycorn state’s corrective facilities, while illegal and illegal work staging by the reform authorities continues.”
This order also provides authority for additional overtime compensation for correction officers and other employees who are reporting for duty and working for actively safe facilities.
