    Connecticut police a new gastric girl – now a woman – who went missing 25 years ago, when she was just 2 years old.

    27-year-old Andrea Reece was abducted by her non-Castodial, Biological mother, Roja Tenorio in October 1999, who brought her to Mexico.

    Andrea’s stepmother said in a emotional statement with the New Heaven Police Department during a press conference on March 12, “Thank you for sharing our daughter Andrea in our happiness. After 25 years, God responded to our prayers and gave us a chance to know again.” “We believe that this revival will have challenges, however, we believe that God is making way before us and leading our steps.”

    The police said during the press conference that Andrea’s father went on several visits to Mexico for years to find his daughter.

    In 2023, NCMEC found 1,185 family kidnapping cases and 59% all alerts were issued for family kidnapping.

    “The biggest misunderstanding about family kidnapping cases is that the children are safe and ‘not really missing’ because they are with a parents.” “In NCMEC, we know that these matters have many more emotions, and these landscapes can be unexpected and dangerous. These children are missing and are living a life on run with their kidnappers. They are forced to lie on who they are and they are often isolated.
