Meghan Markle has made a special deal to the customers who bought products from their business after everything was already out of the stock.
Duchess of 43 -year -old Sussex launched his much awaited brand, such as on April 2, and all products were sold in less than an hour. However, some customers learned that after purchasing the items – those products were already sold – including raspberry jams, flower sprinkles and wildflower honey.
On X/Twitter, a fan received the email as usual, where he came to know that he was not getting limited-sanskrit honey, for which he paid. Instead, he was getting a full return.
“Orders were getting so early that there was no chance to maintain the backnd of the site,” it is written in email. “The limited-sanskrit honey you purchased were unfortunately, already sold. We are very sorry and are returning your purchase of this item.”
In addition, customers involved in business Snafu will receive an item of their selection for free.
“We are working on re -filling the inventory and will happily send an item of your selection to thank you for your understanding,” the brand concluded the email.

The gifts did not stop there. Megahan also sent a signed message and forgiveness to the customers who bought the product anytime after selling it.
“Dear friend, my goodness, what is a tornado this week thank you very much for support. It really means a lot to me,” Meghan wrote in the note, was involved in the same email. “I was very sorry to hear what happened to your order, and that we are not able to receive you limited-sanskrit honey due to overling.”
Meghan promised these customers that they would not only be the first person to know when the limited-sanskar item falls, but they will also be the first to receive it.

As Meghan announced that she would refresh her brand, it was launched only about two months later, which would be first named the American Rivera Orchard.
In a video filmed in his family’s garden and shared on Instagram, Meghan explained his decision to rebuild his business.
“Last year, I thought, ‘American Riviera, which looks like such a great name.” This is my neighborhood;
“I am waiting for a moment to share a name in 2022, and this is the moment, and it is called the always,” he continued. “As ever essentially it means that it has always been, and if you have followed me with TIG since 2014, you know that I always like cooking and crafting and horticulture – this is what I do.”
Meghan had earlier attempted a trademark called American Riviera in summer of 2024. The trademark was rejected in August, as it was filed.
