Stress can be reduced by engaging in a long -term meditation practice and aging can be slowed, suggests a new study published in the biomolecular journal.
Researchers at Maharishi International University (MIU), The University of Sage, and Uniformed Service University studied the effectiveness of parochic focus by the University of Health Sciences, which is a program where people repeat a mantra in their heads to get deep relaxation.

The study consisted of two groups of participants – one from the age of 20 to 30 and the other from 55 to 72.
