Perhaps those hatred has now been silenced.
Tar Heels demolished San Diego State Aztec in their “first four” matchup on Tuesday night to earn number 11 seeds in the south region. UNC will proceed to face number 6 Ole Miss in the first round on Friday.

The UNC was the last team to be honored with a place in the tournament, and was still to play against one of the premiere defense at college basketball for his seeds in Denon, Ohio.
