Bodycam footage from Ohio State Petrol shows a suspect to attack a tropper before stealing his patrol car and was shot dead after a few minutes after Pennsylvania State Police.

“You are about to be hurt,” he told the officer as a scuffle. “Next time you touch me, you die.”
Lath briefly ran down the shoulder of the highway before turning around and jogging back to the officer. Then the officer pulled his tussar and used it on the leg.
Unaffected, Lath started throwing punches at the officer.
“I’m stronger than you,” he shouted.
After a brief fist, the officer was knocked on the ground, and his bodycam became obscure. Ohio State Patrol said that the soldier suffered minor injuries and was treated in a hospital.

When the police say Lath flew into the officer’s patrol vehicle and went to Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania State Police resumed the chase for Lath, and when they crashed the Ohio Cruiser, they again attacked the authorities, according to mlive.com.
He was allegedly shot dead at the accident site.
Lath was described as a community leader and the executive director of the under-dog-nation, focused on a non-profit children who were damaged by violence.
According to the organization’s website, “The mission of under-dog-ration is to help children who lack resources and help prevent adolescent violence and disintegration from school.”
However, the court records show that Lath spent seven years in jail in Michigan after convicting eight domestic invasion allegations from separate incidents in 2012 and 2016. He was released in 2023.
