The previous gruge model – or “The Child”, as Lego said it – is now retired and it is time for a new. This time, Lego has decided to move away from doing a unique groups; After all, it can’t be Very Similar to the last model. Instead, we have found a model of Gruge who sits inside a brick-made hover pram. Pram will be immediately recognizable if you have ever watched an episode Disney plus“Mandalorian” – trouble, it dominates the set completely.
This is not the most entertaining construction as a result, most of your time is being spent in building a strange, white, round object. This is worth it when it is finished because this part looks, but it is just a shame that the build is not a bit more interesting.
Nevertheless, Grugyu is as attractive as usual, and this build has a lot of good extra artists who make it a meaningful purchase for any Lego Star Wars fan. One of the many new star Wars sets released so far in 2025, this set is a strong contender for a place in our best Lego star Wars set – and it is encouraging me about the stores in the stores in the rest of the year.

Lego Star Wars Grugoo with Hover Pram review: Build
- Gruge and Hover Pram are two separate buildings
- Hover Pram is very low to build, but looks great when finished
- Gruge is a fun manufacture with moving parts
Peking together with Lego Star Wars Grugyo with Hover Pram is expected to some extent, in two parts. Herself is gruge, and of course, Hover Pram. Each part of the build comes with its own instruction book, which means that you can make each completely independently from another. Or, if you enjoy construction with a friend or family member, you can deal with each half.
Or at least, attempt to try. The trouble is set – and the piece count – dominates the hover pram, which took almost double the time to make as Gruge. This is to be expected: Gruge needs to fit inside the pram, so it should definitely be bigger than it. I am not sure that it is really worth the additional pieces and value tags. I wish that we get a small gruge model instead.
Gruge is a pleasure to build, and for such a small model, he is packed with great features. The ears can go up and down, allowing them to provide some sense of expression to brick-made creatures. Their arms also move, thanks to the cogs on their reverse, which can be replaced to move them up and down. And the fingers are designed in such a way that they can easily hold on the objects. Since the build comes with a silver ball and a blue frog -like creature, Ghugu’s ability to hold is a necessity.
Pram is well built in itself, and some good techniques have been employed to achieve perfectly round shape. It is just a shame that, as a mass of white, it is not all interesting, and it is not to do Anything. You cannot lift the canopy up and down like you may be able to be able to a real pram.
Lego Star Wars Grogu with Hover Pram Review: Design
- Information Slanc and Minifiger
- Imaginative sports and stand-alone can be used for performance
- Gruge fits safely in Pram
Despite my reservation about the Hover Pram, however, no one denies that it looks fantastic once Ghugu is placed inside it. He sits perfectly in it and feels safe: it is clear that it is very thought about how it is easy to insert and remove gruge without any disturbance, while he still ensures that he is safely in place.
The model is undoubtedly gruge and reminds the mandallerian compared to the child model released back in 2020. The better it was, the better it was – and was much larger than this version of Grupt – it could be wrong for Yoda once it was standing on the shelf once. There is no chance here, thanks for Hover Pram. And despite the difference in stature, I say that this model looks much better and more growing-like, perhaps down to the model’s large, shiny eyes.
Grugu with Hover Pram comes with a display stand and also has a UCS-style notice plaque that provides details about it. Despite this being a 10+ age-rated set, it strades the line between the game and the performance. Children can easily use gruge for imaginative sports, but this set will not look out of place in a large Lego star Wars display with real UCS sets. In the form of a good touch, there is also a small minifig-scal version of Gruge with a miniature pram to stand next to the plaque.
Should you buy Lego Star War Wars Grugu with Hover Pram?
If you are a fan of Mandalorian and Love Grugyu (who not?), Then love is very much about this set. Even if you have a baby’s previously released set, this version is quite different that it warns another purchase – especially if you are a Lego Star Wars Collector.
My only reservation focuses on Pram. A terrible bricks are used in the manufacture of the white basinet in which Gruge itself is made around or less than only one -third of the piece. If there was an option to buy gruge by myself for a fraction of cost, I would jump on that option without hesitation. Unfortunately, you have no choice but to buy a set as a whole.
Other sets to consider
Sorry, gruge lover: This is the only current set with a brick-made grougu that you are going to find. If you want to print the credit and love largely, then Razor Crest UCS There is a great option: not only does it come with a minifiger gruge, but you have to build a ship of mando in all your glory (out of 6,187 pieces, no less).
If you want something less expensive, we really like Mos ESPA Podrace Diorama: This is a fun performance based on the phantom based on the basis of the phantom, which is made with adult builders in mind. For children, JD Starfighter of OB-Gun Kenobi There is a great small ship to whiz through the wind, and it will not break the bank either.
