He said, “The criteria of resentment are mainly focused on the convision conduct to ensure that the defendants have changed and rehabilitated, and there is no threat to the public,” he said.
Supporting their request, defense is expected to present testimony to jail guards, supporters and family members, once opposed to their release.

Gayleman said that the Comprehensive Risk Evaluation (CRA) report, which was a psychological examination admitted by the office of Gowin Gavin Newsom, remains the biggest obstacle for defense.
Newsom’s office told Fox News Digital that the risk evaluation would be completed on June 13, 2025. He said that his office informed Jessic about the status of the CRA report and offered to share it with the court when requested.

“The judge has already said that he would not rule until he sees the CRA report,” Gayleman said. “If it is a single argument right now, the report will give the scales tip to another or another.”

“Risk assessment report is something that should be considered on parole board. It is not a factor of resentment,” he explained. “Eric and lyl age are the age of Eric and Liles at the time of murders, being a victim of sex misuse, prison conduct and rehabilitation.”
By focusing on the factors and removing the risk of risk to the parole board, Rahni said, defense strategically directs the judge to a decision that can make parole a possibility without announcing independent men today.
