Lakm, Fashion Week, in partnership with the FDCI Mumbai version, may have come close, but the ceremonies have just begun. It was a gala night, where the best in the fashion industry came under one roof, which came to celebrate the legacy of Lacmo Fashion Week and to celebrate the people associated with it for 25 years.
A Cit Down Gala, hosted at the Lotus Ballroom at the prestigious Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai, saw that the famous comedian and actor Kaal Penn took the stage to start the ceremony. Inspiring all in the audience at some fun fashion banquet, including fashion designer Manish Malhotra, Tarun Tahiliani, yesterday Penn shared a few moments of his fashion with members of the audience, leaving all in partitions.
Keeping it sassy and calm, the humorous opening act of Kaal Pain was actually the main attraction of the evening, better than Bollywood stars, who opened this season in Fashion Week. If you are offered to open for a fashion show in the next season, the time is not surprised.
Lakmo Fashion Week is incomplete without India’s Fashion Design Council, Sunil Sethi, Sunil Sethi. A force of nature, Seth shared a heartfelt message on Lakmo Fashion Week, who completed 25 years and in this process, Jaspreet Chandok, Group Vice President, thanked Reliance Brands Limited, for the Balance Act in this partnership.

As the night was ready to celebrate the past, seeing an innovative fashion forward future, was burnt yesterday as a stage, which brought Lacmo, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s OG face. Kareena, who is the face of the brand for 13 years and then takes a gap of four years, has finally returned home. Looking like a royalty in a Manish Malhotra saree, Kareena smiled with happiness as she used to walk on the memory lane with a pen while sharing the moments of her magical runway yesterday.
The 25 -year -old Lacmo Fashion Week is incomplete without fashion and her designers, models, stylists, hairstylists, makeup artists, choreographers, light and sound engineers, set designers and many more.
Lakm, Fashion Week X FDCI Gala Gala Knight Runway looked like going through an old photo album, in which Tarun Tahiliani, Gauri Nainika, Ritu Berry, Varun Bahl, Monisha Jayasih, Ashish Soni, Falguni Shane, Jumar Kaham Kaham Gahat Ghat Gahat, Gahih, Jahn Gahih, Jahn Gahan Gahih, Jethi Shane Nidhi, Jai Gahan Nidhi, Jethi Nirj, Jai Gahan Nirj, Jethi Nirj, Shokaj Nirraj, Namrata Joshipura, Shantanu and Nikhil, Bibhu Mohapatra, Reena Dhaka, Amit Aggarwal, Rahul Mishra, Ansu Arora, Bodies, Gaurav Guata, Anamika Khanna Ritu Kumar, and late Rohit Bal.
Each archial piece was celebrated by the famous Indian fashion model. The highlight was Carol Gracius, an analogy Khanna, a 2004 arithmetic piece and a Manish Malhotra showstopper in Lakshmi Rana in the 2001 show, and Manish also rebuilt the prestigious black and gold sling designed for Shah Rukh Khan.
Each archival and reconstructed piece not only celebrated the designer, but their journey and how far they have come. The fashion show ended with the OG faces of Lakm for years, making the audience an entrance. Runway in Ritu Kumar, Lisa Re, Rohit Bal in Indrani Dasgupta, Anamika Khanna in Lisa Hayden, Tarun Tahiliani Sarah Jane Dies in Tahiliani, Rahul Mishra in Mali Mishra and Shimona Nath in Rousni Sharma.
As the curtain attracted 25 years of Lakmam Fashion Week, each and every designer came on stage to celebrate with their fellow designers, who have been part of their journey on the prestigious runway.
