Since Friday morning, at least 70 people have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza and the number of casualties is increasing.
An Israeli military helicopter has attacked displaced Palestinians in the Al-Mavasi region of Khan Younis in Southern Gaza, killing at least five people.
Medical sources in Gaza have told reporters that at least 64 people have been killed in Israeli raids since morning on Friday.
At least two Palestinians have died as the Israeli army has bombed a house in the Khan Younis region in Southern Gaza.
The Israeli army attacked the area during the last few hours.

Israel’s army has seized the body of a 16 -year -old Palestinian boy, who was shot on Thursday evening, a murder that marks the 22nd Palestinian child killed by Israeli forces since the beginning of the year.
Defense for Children International – Palestine (DCIP) said that the victim, Jihad Adam Rebey Adeli, was shot dead with two other young Palestinians in an Israeli ambush near the city of Osarin in the south of Nablas.
The Israeli army also stopped ambulance employees from reaching the scene where the teenager was shot and killed.
“Now, even in death, Jihad cannot rest because the Israeli officials stopped their family from burying their bodies and mourning him,” Ayad Abu Association of DCIP said in a statement.
The teenager’s body now joins some 41 other Palestinian children’s remains, killed by Israeli forces since 2016 and whose bodies have been confiscated by the army and have not returned to their families.
DCIP stated that Israel’s policy to seize the bodies of the slain Palestinians is not only a violation of international law, it is seen as a cruel means of “collective punishment” on grieved families.
