Ayatolla Seyed Ali Khamenei, leader of the Islamic Revolution, says that the purpose of the insistence of some bullying powers when interacting with Iran is not the goal of solving issues.
Ayatollah Khamenei commented in a meeting with three branches of the government in Tehran and heads of several Iranian officials in Tehran on Saturday.
The leader said, “The objective of the insistence of some threatening governments on negotiations is not aimed at solving issues, but to implement and implement its expectations.”
Ayatollah Khamenei said, “Of course, the Islamic Republic will not accept their expectations.”
These bullying governments do not want to fully interact on the nuclear issue; Instead, they use Iran’s dialogue as “a path to create new expectations” in areas such as Iran’s defense capabilities and international capabilities, which Iran will definitely oppose, Ayatolla Khameni insisted.
He said that they are increasing the issue of negotiations to pressurize the public’s opinion, so Iran refused to interact with them despite the expression of readiness.
The leader criticized Europeans for leveling shameless allegations against Iran, stating that Iran has not met its atomic commitments, it is “irrational”.

After America’s return from the 2015 nuclear deal, Europeans vowed to compensate but failed to fulfill their promises, the leader said.
Ayatollah Khamenei insisted that the principles of Western civilization are contrary to the principles of Islam and “we cannot follow them.”
The leader said, “We can use any profit (available) anywhere in the world, but we cannot rely on the principles of Western civilization.”
The leader said that the action of Western countries, in which colonies, loot of resources of nations, widespread massacres, false claims about human rights and women’s rights, and have been insulted to Western civilization, including double standards on various issues.
Ayatollah Khamenei insisted, “The claim of information in the West) is nothing more than a lie.”
