Many IPL franchises have complained about the alleged decrease of ‘domestic gains’, as far as their places are concerned, but IPL veteran Dwayne Bravo believes that these are fans that make significant differences because both the players have to adjust to the surface of the game.
Lucknow Super Veteran (LSG) mentor Zaheer Khan said after the defeat on Tuesday-Kaval half-funny-that it seemed that “it was Punjab (Kings) curator.”
LSG joined Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK), claiming that they receive some favor from curator at their domestic places, but Bravo – KKR Mentor these days – it is a passion in the stand which provides real benefits.
Bravo on Wednesday ahead of KKR’s second home match against Sunrisers Hyderabad’s second home match, Bravo said, “What helps with the benefits of the house. I think how does the pitch play.
The 41 -year -old Trinidadian should know. She won four IPL titles with CSK and also appeared for Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Lions, and has been a continuous feature in the tournament over the years.
“I do not know much about the pitches. For me, the day the best plays in the day will win. Therefore, whether the pitch is slow, whether it is changing, whether it is changing, the players will always have my advice to make the necessary assessment and play according to the conditions.”
KKR’s home has always been a place since the establishment of the Eden Garden League, and the team has always enjoyed the support of the vocal home. Even when Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni are part of the crowds, the house has stood behind his team.

But in recent times, KKR management has discovered that the pitch was not ready keeping in mind its strength. Even in 2023, then Captain Nitish Rana expressed his displeasure about the pitch, saying that every IPL team has the advantage of the house except KKR.
In this season, coach Chandrakant Pandit and captain Ajinkya Rahane have indicated that they would prefer a pitch that provides adequate support to their slow bowlers.
In the past, the Eden Gardens offered a slow surface, which would help KKR, who have always been dependent on their spinners – with the choice of Sunil Narin, Shakib Al Hasan, Varun Chakarwardi and Pieush Chawla in their rank over the years. But late, the pitch is often flat and offers a lot of runs, Punjab Kings also chased the score of 261 last year.
This year, Narin and Varun are still the basis of the KKR attack, and it is no surprise that the team wants a pitch that plays in their hands. Do they get it for competition against Marding, SRH batting line-up is yet to be seen.
