Days of Your: A fourth century ago, Dark Sols manufacturer Fromsoftware released a toolkit with the King Field to try his hand in fans and level making. It is difficult to assume that those devices are still around and are crank to modern classics that will withdraw you in the late 90s.
In 2023, a small-known Indie developer released to Lunasid-Ek Retro Dungon Craler, which paid tribute to the ancestors of the Fromsoftware Games, Kings Fields and Shadow Tower-Elden Ring Series. The Studio, Kira LLC posted just a new steam page, confirming that it is set to release a follow -up called Lunasid: Tierrs of the Moon.
The interesting thing about both these releases is that they were created using the 25 -year -old RPG maker Sword of Moonlight of the Fromsoftware. The developer issued a toolkit bundled with the Kings Field in 2000, but only in Japan. Buyers were given an unlimited license from purchasing the game, which is an unlimited license to use Kings Field Assets, to make homebreed games with moonlight sword. Manufacturers could also sell their games for profit.
The game manufacturer has since discovered its way on the Internet as an open-source form. Download and documentation is easy to find, and a relatively sufficient community of enthusiasts exists. However, it is unclear whether SSOFTWARE is completely fine with it. When it was released to Lunasid two years ago, it did not disturb the kira, but he may have slipped under the game radar.
Moon sequel tears have been slated for release on April 12, and with an increase in media focus, we can take an action from or not. We just have to wait and see. The developer is aware of the broad use of its ancient devices (although now updated through open-source efforts), so perhaps there will be no problem.
Fans of the old school 3D dungeon Craler want to give a spin a spin, waiting for their sequel. It is only about $ 11 on steam and reviewed from critics and players. With more than 7,500 reviews, the game has been given a “very positive” location on the steam. A player reviewed said:

“Lunacid is not a game. This is a revelation. A blessing for those people of the old school dungeon crawler and analog horror.
Critics praised the game for their depressed environment, indifferent feeling, and scary soundtrack (available as a separate purchase on steam). Rock paper shotgun called it “Low-Fi First-Person Dungon Schulking Right”.
Similarly, the PC gamer said, “(Lunacid) is an ideal example of how to do PS1 Nostalgia correctly … Lunsid quickly rebuilt my spoiled ideas what it means to look impressive or beautiful for something.”
