Washington and Kiev – Over the last three years, the US has been a prominent supporter of Ukraine in his war with Russia. Nevertheless, with a series of blunt comments, President Trump is now more aligned with Russia than Ukraine.
Trump, while writing on social media, used his strongest language in describing Ukraine President Volodimir Zelansky: “A dictator without elections, Zelanski stepped better or he is not being left a country.”
With a limited room for maneuver, Zelancesi has said relatively low. But he attacked a nerve when he said on Wednesday that Trump was living in a Russian-made “disintegration place”.
Trump Russia-Ukraine is insisting on rapid end to the war, began in 2014 with a limited Russian invasion, and in 2022 grew dramatically with a full-scale invasion. The Biden administration held the alliance of more than 50 countries together, most, most of the Europeans, who coordinated military and political efforts to assist Ukraine against the very large Russian army.
In the last week, Trump has also reached Russia, which was isolated by the Biden administration and most of the West. Trump called Russian leader Vladimir Putin, and the US President sent his state’s Marco Rubio and other top colleagues for initial discussions to meet his Russian counterparts in Saudi Arabia.
President Trump has suggested that more Putin may meet soon.

Jerk in Ukraine
During his presidential campaign, Trump clarified his desire to negotiate a ceasefire. But in recent times, his rapid fire development has surprised many people including Ukrainian.
In the capital Kiev, 47 -year -old lawyer, Olena Tocovoko, said Trump is working as he owns Ukraine.
“Perhaps Trump can only tell us who to choose and may also offer your own candidate?” He said sarcastically. “Maybe, however, we should not ask Trump, but what Putin has to do. It will cut the middleman. Because this policy is coming through Russia’s Trip.”
The idea that the US supports Russian positions, Ukrainian is shocking to those who have stopped the existence of their country on Western support. Ukraine was holding regular elections since gaining independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.
Zelancesi, who won the landslide vote in 2019, must have prepared for the election again last year. But Ukraine is subject to martial law and not elected due to the war of Russia over the country.
Russia, widely different objectives for Ukraine
In Washington, Andrew Weiss, with Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said that both Russia and Ukraine are interested in a ceasefire, although they have very different demands.
“Ukrainians will support a clean ceasefire and support the pre -condition. It is just a fight shutdown,” said Vice, who works for Clinton and George W. Bush administration. This is just the fight. ” “It will favor Ukrainians as there will be no restrictions in the western capacity to rebuild them and help them to create a new army that will be able to prevent future Russian aggression.”
Conversely, he said, “Russians are pressurizing for a big struggle fire that will include cap on the size of Ukraine’s army. Will stop. “
He said that the Russians are appealing to Trump that a ceasefire would be suggested that it will restore more common US-Russian relations with benefits for both the US and Russia.
Weaes said, “The Trump administration has been very good at the opportunity to hang the Russians. Perhaps we should resume the control discussions of strategic nuclear weapons. Perhaps the United States and Russia and Russia are a to stabilize global oil markets. Can work together, “Ves said.
“Surely, the price will be to reduce the assistance provided to Ukraine for the United States,” he said. “There is a great manifestation of Russians: the only free cheese is in a moustrap.”
Russian leaders were pleased with Trump
Some top Russian figures say they are thrilled from Trump’s perspective, crossing their hopes.
Now former Russian Russian President Dimitri Medvedev, a vice -president of the Russian Council of Russia, wrote on X, “If you tell me three months ago that these (US) President’s words were, I would laugh loudly.”
Many Republicans in the US, Trump’s moves are very little or nothing. However, some are clear that they still strongly support Ukraine.
Rape Brian Fitzpatric, A-Pa, wrote on X, “President Volodimier Zelansky does not need to make any deal on it by any outside nation, which does not guarantee the safety and sovereignty of Ukrainians.”
The Fitzpatric Sadan has a co-chairman of the Congress’s Ukraine Caucus, with around 100 members.
He said that both the House and the Senate have prominences of bipartine “who are ready, willing, and whatever they are capable of doing, they are committed to communist dictator Vladimir Putin, their illegal attack, rape, kidnapping, torture and killing Ukrainian people Are able to prevent rewarded.
