American Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) stated that 21-year-old David Heter Reigns-Society has been a matter of exile order since July 2023.
Earlier this month, he was accused of capital murder in the death of a 52 -year -old mother of five and Camilia Williams of a grandmother. Officials said his body was thrown into a wooden area in Cobbt County, Georgia.

The prosecutors on Friday filed additional allegations against the residence, including Malis murder, increased attacks, rape, sexual batteries and necrofilia.
Williams’ family told local media outlets that he said that a man was following him in the days till the night he was killed. Officials have not determined the suspicious relationship with Williams.

An arrest warrant states that Rivas-Sasastum attacked the Williams of Marriatta, placed it in a chokehold, which had to lose consciousness for some time between 11 am and 1 pm on March 12, Fox Atlanta said. Once unconscious, Rivas-Sasastum allegedly told the police that he put both knees and his entire body weight on his neck, causing him to die.
The Homeland Security Department told Fox News that Rivas-Sastum illegally entered the United States on 17 March 2021 and was arrested by the US border patrol.

“A notice was issued by the previous administration to appear in the country and parole in the country,” the statement said. “A judge ordered him to be removed on July 11, 2023. On March 18, 2025, he was arrested by Cobal County Police Department for Capital Murder and Other Offenses.”

According to the jail records, the residence-sastm is not being kept in no bond.
