Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday announced the arrest of a member of an alleged train de Argua (TDA) gang in Venezuela.
Officials said Franklin Jose Jimnez-Bachel The first person was detained under the Act of Foreign Enemies, invited by President Donald Trump last week.
ICE director Tod Leone said, “Train de Argu is a dangerous foreign terrorist organization that has attacked our soil.” “TDA has infiltrated the US, its northern border, the southern border and our waterways.
“Many of these members are cold -blooded killers, rapists, thieves, drug trafficers, arms smugglers and human smugglers. They are accused of the most heinous crimes committed inside our neighborhood and communities. They are loose in the United States.”

Trump rapidly invited the War Foreign Enemies Act of 1798 for track exile
