Six million followers on YouTube have urged fans to focus on their words as they are planning to return to Instagram after a long absence.
She was living her dream two years ago, her explosion helped to run two successful businesses in popularity during Kovid Lockdown.
But the physiotherapist fell silent on Instagram in 2023 when a popular gossip podcast shared a story about a man who allegedly cheated on his famous fiancé – his then his partner to suggest man in question with sufficient clues.
She woke up to find “thousands” information from social media and messaging apps as the whole world wanted to know that there was truth behind rumors.
Lily was looking at the life she knew that she falls in real time.
The creators of the podcast, which the BBC has chosen not to name, states that they are not responsible for the work done as a result of their content.
Lily – Who has not discussed what happened in public till now – sat with me to talk about the moment that changed her future.
Soon after the launch of the podcast, her social media feeds started filling with what she said and how she would react to the “investigator-style” video that speculated about her life.
His first step was to remove his Instagram app.
“I just had to go away from social media,” he said.
“People wanted answers, people wanted to see even more in my life, even when I asked for privacy.
“Whatever I could do, he could control his response and it meant to withdraw and protect myself and my family.”

Lily’s relationship ended, but a lot was untreated – her former business partner was also faced with money raising money to buy. He has been approached by BBC for comment.
She left Dubai, where she was living with her partner, going back with her family in Britain – and most of the companies’ employees had to be closed.
Lily said, “It was very humble and very difficult,” stating that she was to go back to do the work for which she used for employees – such as editing, filming her video, and social media feeds to run business.
This meant that even though she was trying her best to avoid it, Lily was constantly getting entangled with social media platforms to continue her businesses – and she had to try to avoid watching innumerable personal comments.
“I was trying to manage heartbreak and a joint blow with rescue the business,” he said.
His most recent Instagram post ever was uploaded on his personal account, in November 2023 – was asked with several comments why he did not post for so long.

Until Gossip Podcast was launched, Lily was open online about her life.
And he admitted that his relationship could be “potential” less interest, he had less shared on social media.
“I really don’t know the answer,” he said.
“I think when I compare some other people, I did not show much of my lifestyle.
“But it was clearly enough for people to keep two and two together.”

Lily admitted that she had shared snapshots about herself to help her brand make her brand – to attract those who wanted to know more about her – and it was a successful strategy for a long time.
While she maintains certain boundaries such as not disclosing information about her family, she said that there was always an unproven pressure to share more.
“I have learned that people constantly want more to give as much as you give,” he said.
“If it is just showing its dog, or sharing your relationship, it is’ fine, and what is, now show the house”.
“It can be too much exposure because you are liked or you think what your customers want.”
About eighteen months after her recent post, Lily is in a separate headspace.
Her business – workout video and a nutrition app – ending and she feels ready to return to her personal Instagram account – but this time with a very different set of rules.
“I am not going to show my personal relationships, I am very scared, and I can’t do it again,” she said.
