NASA is going to give its first press conference a few hours after returning from the space station in a nine -month mission, which was only for eight days.
Both Williams and Wilmor had the first person to ride the new Starlineer spacecraft of Boeing at the International Space Station (ISS). But during the flight, which took place in June last year, issues developed with the spacecraft’s thrusters. Although it was able to do the dock, engineers harassed security concerns, inspiring them to empty the Starlineer to vacate the house, leaving the pair on the ISS until the return flight could be arranged.
Finally, it was decided to send crew -9 to ISS with two additional seats in a scheduled mission last September. Crew -9’s six -month stay ended in the initial hours of ET on Tuesday, a spacex cruel dragon as a spacecor dragon from ISS, Williams, Wilmor, partner NASA’s astronaut Nick Hegs and Russian Cosmonott Alexandr Gorbunov uninterrupted from ISS.
During its 286 days in space, Williams and Wilmore experienced 4,576 classes and covered a distance of 121 million miles. He was busy all time, working with colleagues, working in science research working in microgravity situations. In January, the two astronauts held a spacewalk together, while Williams also participated in a second spacewalk with Nick Hague.
