Mathematicians have finally been successful in uniting the rules of physics that control the movements of particles on various parameters. His efforts solved a question as part of an ambitious program for all the 20th century mathematicians by mathematician David Hilbert in 1900 – and deepening our understanding of the complex behavior of fluids in the atmosphere and the oceans.
