Mass shooter, who killed seven people in 2022 fourth of the July parade at Highland Park in Illinois, was sentenced to life in jail on Thursday without the possibility of parole, a judge described him as “irreplaceable corrupt and beyond any rehabilitation”.
Robert E. Crimo III, 24, was given seven consecutive sentences of natural life in prison, convicted until last month without the possibility of parole for allegations of murder.
Lake County Judge Victoria Rostyti said, “There is no word in this court that can sufficiently describe and catch the pain on 4 July.”
According to the Associated Press, he has “described Krimo as a complete disregard for human life” and as someone who is as a person who is “unbreakable, permanently inauspicious, irrefrimately corrupt and beyond any rehabilitation. ,

Krimo refused to attend the hearing of his sentence on Wednesday or Thursday despite Rosty’s previous warnings that the matter would proceed without him.
The attack also injured 48 others.
Kelly Roberts, whose 8 -year -old son Cooper Roberts was paralyzed from the waist, told the court that Crimo was a “coward” to not join his sentence.
“You won’t listen to my grief,” he said. “Now you are irrelevant.”

Crimo allegedly climbed a roof above the fourth of the July parade at the city’s Highland Park, 30 miles north of Chicago, and set the audience on fire with a legally purchased Smith & Veson M&P15 rifle.

Krimo’s father, Robert Crimo Junior, a former mayor candidate, was alleged to have received a gun license. He convicted seven rapes of negligent conduct in 2023. He served less than two months in jail.
