A mother from Georgia felt almost unimaginable when she found herself “tug-off-warning” with a man when she allegedly tried to catch her young son in Walmart.
Caroline Miller was visiting a Walmart in Acworth with her 4 -year -old daughter and 2 -year -old son last week, when the use of a motorized wheelchair family broke into the pharmacy corridor. After moments, 56 -year -old Mahendra Patel allegedly approached the family, who sought help to find Tylinol, mother Told WSB,
“When I gestured my arm in this way, to say that it was where he was, when he reached down, put both his hands on the jude, and thrown him out of my lap,” Miller said.

Miller was able to “break” with his son as Patel was allegedly holding the child.
“I pulled her back,” Miller said. “We are doing tug-off-warning.”
WSB reported that after the controversy, Patel left, bought Tilanol and left the store. Police said the child was untoward.
According to the ACWOrth Police Department, they were able to identify detective Patel by talking with witnesses and reviewing the surveillance footage of the incident.

Police said three days later, Patel was arrested and accused of kidnapping, simple attacks and simple batteries.
“We were able to see the car he had found, and followed the cameras, and our flock in the city used cameras and (were) were able to get a tag number and track it,” Sergeant. Eric Mistrate of ACWORTH Police Department told WSB.
According to online jail records, Patel is not being bonded in the Cobb County Sheriff Office. No lawyer was listed for him.
A spokesman by Walmart said in a statement by Fox News Digital, “Security of our customers and colleagues is a highest priority – we are continue to work closely with the police through this investigation.”

Despite the terrible encounter, Miller is grateful that both their children are safe and say that children are now ready for potential life-threatening conditions.
“As much as we think it will never happen, it will and it, and when it does, to be ready,” he told WSB.
