KARACHI: In a bid to make this festive occasion of Eid ul Adha more vibrant and memorable, Geo Network is once again upholding its tradition of offering viewers a colourful bouquet of exciting, engaging, and festive programs.
Over the three days of the Eid, audiences will enjoy special bulletins, comedy-packed shows, candid conversations with the youth of the Pakistan Army, high-profile talk shows, popular telefilms and feature films, music segments, exclusive dramas, and interviews with celebrities — all promising to captivate viewers and elevate the festive spirit.
The first day of the Eid will begin with the morning show Geo Pakistan featuring special guests including Murad Ali Shah, Rana Sanaullah, Saadia Iqbal, Dr Om Prakash, Allama Kokab Noorani, and Ali Hasnain Pracha.
The sports show Score will host Zimbabwean Test cricketer Sikandar Raza, while Pakistan’s T20 captain Salman Ali Agha will appear in Ek Din Geo Ke Saath.
A special humorous poetry session featuring Khalid Masood, Inam-ul-Haq Javed, and Hasnain Jamal will also be aired. Hansna Mana Hai will feature entertaining conversations with the cast of the film Deemak, including Faisal Qureshi, Sonya Hussyn, and Samina Peerzada.
On the second day of Eid, Geo Pakistan will welcome Muzammil Aslam, Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman, Shoaib Nosherwani, Naila Kiani, Bano Kausar, Syeda Tooba Ali, and Salman Pars.
The show Score will present a special segment with Pakistani Test cricketer Mir Hamza.
In Jirga, Atif Rana will share candid thoughts, while renowned female cricketer Aliya Riaz will be the featured guest in Ek Din Geo Ke Saath.
Another humorous poetry session with Ikram Arfi, Murli Chauhan, and Zahid Fakhri will add to the fun. The first part of Hansna Mana Hai special will showcase lighthearted conversations with young officers of the Pakistan Army.
On the third day of Eid, Geo Pakistan will host Mohammad Sohail, Javed Bilwani, Javed Qureshi, Khakan Najib, Maleeha Lodhi, and Aizaz Chaudhry. Poet Iftikhar Arif will appear in Jirga for a special discussion, while Taher Shaheer, Salman Gilani, and Ahmed Saeed will bring humour to the final poetry session.
Report Card and Capital Talk will feature special budget editions, and the second part of Hansna Mana Hai will continue with joyful conversations with Pakistan Army officers.
Alongside news content, Geo Entertainment has prepared a galaxy of Eid specials filled with blockbuster films, drama serials, romance, and comedy. On the first day, an Eid Special Show will air at 8:00 AM, followed by the feature film Actor in Law at 12:00 PM.
Turkish drama Kuruluş: Osman will be broadcast at 6:30 PM, the premiere of the drama Doosra Chehra will air at 7:00 PM, followed by the drama serial Mann Mast Malang at 8:00 PM, Behkawaay at 9:00 PM, Kath Putli at 10:00 PM, and the telefilm Dil Ne Kaha Dil Se at 10:30 PM.
On the second day, the Eid Show will go on air at 8:00 AM, while the feature film Parde Mein Rehne Do will be aired at 12:00 PM. The regular lineup of dramas — Kuruluş: Osman, Doosra Chehra, Mann Mast Malang, Behkawaay, and Kath Putli — will continue, along with the telefilm Love Life Ka Law. On the third day, the feature film Load Wedding will air at 12:00 PM and the drama serial Dayan at 8:00 PM.
In addition to these, Geo Super and Geo Kahani will also present specially curated Eid-themed programs to entertain audiences throughout the festive holidays.
