Gauri Khan’s luxury restaurant, “Tori” has responded to the viral claims of YouTuber Sarathk Sachdeva, in which the restaurant served fake cheese.
The video, which has since been discussed online, shows Sechdeva doing a basic iodine test on the cheese served in a celebrity -owned restaurant.
In his video, Sachdeva visited several high-profile establishments, including Virat Kohli’s One 8 Commune, Shilpa Shetty’s Bastian and Bobby Deol elsewhere. In those places, cheese samples showed no signal of starch when tested with iodine.
However, during his journey of “Tori”, Paneer allegedly replaced a blue-black shade after the tincture was allegedly implemented-a result that was usually associated with starch material.
Reacting to the results, Sachdeva said that he was shocked, calling Shah Rukh Khan his idol and expressing concern about whether the video could affect the possibility of meeting the actor.

The official Instagram account of “Torii” has since responded to the video directly. The “Iodine test reflects the presence of starch, not the authenticity of the cheese,” read the comment.
“As the dish has a soy-based material, this reaction is expected. We stand by the purity of our cheese and the integrity of our ingredients on” torii “.
