“Najibullah committed his crimes in Afghanistan 15 years ago, and now face justice in an American court,” American Attorney J. Clayton said in a statement. “Today’s guilty petition serves as a vigorous reminder that this office, and our law enforcement partners, will aggressively carry forward those who harm Americans through functions of terror, whether they are in the world, and no matter how much time it may take to get justice for their victims.”
